In this area we have our project managers as all the management methodologies, strategy and process optimization.
Ex: In the Science and Technology Ministry we have made an ITIL implementation with the functional analysis of all the processes and their implementation within an ITSM software product.
Information Analysis
We are completely agnostic in terms of technology, we work with various BI dealers as Microsoft, SAS, Oracle OBIEE, Microstrategy, DataStage, etc.
Ex: During the merge process between Zon and Optimus we have implemented a project with SAS technology at NOS in order to have a unified view for the marketing campaigns
Process Optimization
Input/Output Management, Integration Layers, Middleware, BPM, Workflows, e-learning
Ex: For the Justice Ministry we developed an Integration Layer with Oracle SOA which aggregates data from different sources as citizen card, car registry and others.
Security
Security management of information during development, governance, monitoring and interception of communications.
Ex: Management of the security policies at Vodafone, management and control of accesses, certifications and internal security auditing processes.
Software Engineering
We are completely agnostic in terms of technologies, we work with .NET, Java, OutSystems, Ruby on Rails, etc.
Ex. We developed the “Páginas Amarelas” online portal and the internal purchase portal for the Portugal Telecom group
Administration & Networking
In this group we have our System, Database and networking administration experts.
Ex: In the Impresa group we are doing the administration of Linux systems, Liferay portals and Databases.
Service & Operation
We have a group of consultants doing applicational support in Billing, Process Management and Revenue Assurance applications in clients as NOS and PT.
Our CTO manages all the groups and additionally, for each group, we have a responsible which is the go to person for both closed projects and to aid to more complex problems in outsourcing.
